I read this as it is a hoax and the crime they are investigating is staging a fake crime and aiding Jussie to file a false police report.
I hope the CPD gives an estimate on the man hours and cost of this investigation. Then charges Jussie that amount.
Think of all the violent crimes that weren't investigated to their fullest extent possible because of this bullshite.
