There are no doubt incidents of racial profiling and shitty policemen doing bad things because they're racist and countless other examples throughout history.
I'm sorry, but nothing about this scenario matches those cases.
The location, the time, the circumstance, the changing story, the rope and bleach, the rope still being around his neck when the police arrived... it's pretty difficult to believe honestly.
Didn't his costar have to apologize to the Glendale police department when she wrongfully attacked them for racially profiling her son?

Yep. They demand we believe every claim at face value no matter the evidence or how many have been proven to be lies.

i think he's looking for a more precise definition of parameters for what you call "these incidents."
you could mean: attacks in chicago, attacks on black people, attacks on gays, attacks on black gays in chicago, attacks by trump supporters on black gays in chicago, etc. I'm not saying he was attacked, I'm just trying to make a point.
So, when you say these incidents, you could mean any number of things.
