JM cut Gasser off
JM followed Gasser and blocked him in at a red light
JM got out of his car, mad as hell and approached Gasser's car in a bit a rage
Gasser didnt know whether or not JM had a gun
Gasser feared for his life

This is what's called speculation, baw. Facts are facts and there's nothing we know proving the hypothesis that he tried to gain entry into RG's car.

If the state has witnesses that say Gasser drove in such a manner that it put McKnight's life at risk, and McKnight is trying to get home, it can be argued Gasser was the aggressor. That's speculation, obviously, but we simply don't know. A grand jury indicted him on the second degree murder charge, so something was there. We'll obviously find out more over the next few months.
ETA - basically, I'm not sure how the aggressor is determined. If there ie one continuous road rage incident, I have a hard time believing the aggressor is simply reset to the person who gets out of their car.

Yeah and it's hard to prove the actions of a dead man. They aren't going that route, man. It's suicide with the 2006 almost identical incident hanging there.

no im not...Im saying that the big mad black man that was approaching Gassers car...assuming he was trying to get into the car scared Gasser enough that he feared for his life
