He will absolutely spend some time behind bars. Out of curiosity I watched Don Lemon for his reaction. Even the CNN legal advisor, who is black, said Juicy will spend time in prison.

Before this ignorant hoax, the vast, vast, vast, vast majority of Americans had never heard of this talent-less moron.
I never did... or the stupid show that he was on...
People in the USA really need so stop caring about the personal opinions of Hollywood and sports celebrities... If we cared we could buy people magazine.

They need to drop his sorry arse off in Walker County Alabama with a ten minute head start. If he makes it to the county Line alive, he only has to take an arse beating from the Wesley's Booby Trap strippers..

Fox just reported aggravated battery.
Fox & friends this morning just had an interview w/ the Nigerian bros.attorney .They’re about to get paid, she revealed they have multiple outlets to expose what really went down and what they testified to in court.

Best he gets is community service and a big fine to the city of Chicago.
This idiot won’t see an ounce of jail time, unfortunately.

Yeah I'm thinking the judge starts off to one's liking with "hereby sentence you to 3 years" but unfortunately that will probably be immediately followed up with "suspended, and in lieu thereof 2 years supervised probation". Maaaybe 3 yrs probation. Likely no actual jail time, but if judge does throw a little in there to appease folks, perhaps 6 months to a year, I could see it being "home incarceration". It'll be weak, I'm sure.

6 months plus court costs and a fine to reimburse the city for the investigation would be fair enough. Chicago has bigger fish to fry

They definitely do, and there is actually a connection between this and the bigger fish, in that his hoax diverted a great deal of resources that could've been directed to the bigger fish. But 6 months county jail time could work, perhaps followed up by probation period. And like you said restitution of the cost of investigation which would probably be way up there.
**But there's got to be some period of incarceration ordered to make the point that in all such cases you will be serving something. Of course it typically is also based on one's criminal record, so the worse that is, more jail time would be involved.
