Sure we can’t vote her out but we can certainly put enough pressure on her to change her ways

i see her in this mindset

I know this would legally go no where. But could the family actually bring a suit against the judge? If for no other reason than to bring even more light to the situation. This bitch is absolutely libel here.

Didn't she also give that rapper probation for a drive by shooting? The only reason he didn't commit 1st degree murder was because he's a bad shot.
That was Bonnie
Baton Rouge teen rapper Kentrell Gaulden lectured by judge, given probation in drive-by shooting

Didn't he just get arrested again recently?

No. She has immunity. And there are very good reasons for that. Things like this are the cons to judicial immunity.
The thing is she doesn't just affect the rest of EBR excluding her district. Her district is worse off for her judicial decisions. I hope that the voters of that district will see that when they put her in over Curtis Calloway they made a huge mistake. I know that any candidate that runs against her will get whatever resources I can spare.

Either way, she has to be feeling the pressure from locals. I don’t care who you are, you can’t let a criminal loose and get away with a cop being killed. It’s just sad it took this to being the dumb frick judges decisions to light.

Thanks. Couldn't remember but it sounds like something she'd do

1. Kelsye Hall - Guilty of 5 counts of negligent homicide - Sentenced to 2 years! (thats about 5 months per homicide) by Judge Trudy White
2. Dalvin Sewell (Lengthy violent criminal history including arrest for 2nd degree murder) - Convicted of 1st Degree Robbery which carries up to 40 years - Sentenced to the minimum 3 years by Judge Trudy White.
3. Princess Beachem - Did cocaine while carrying a child, who died as a result - Arrested for Feticide - Charge dropped by Judge Trudy White.
4. Aramis Jackson - Arrested in 2009 for a weapons charge - Charge dropped by Judge Trudy White. White told Jackson to perform random acts of kindness. His first act of kindness was stealing his grandmothers automatic weapon, killing Alexandra Engler and shooting her 9 year old daughter several times before stealing their TV.
5. Robert Noce - Indicted with the aggravated rape of a child. Given 5 years probation by Judge Trudy White only to be exterminated shortly thereafter, by his victim.
6. Derrick Bland, found guilty of 2nd Degree Murder by unanimous jury, Judge Trudy White tosses out the conviction and finds him guilty of negligent homicide in the shooting deaths of his brother-in-law and her nephew, James ìMucciî Stockton. Negligent homicide in the shooting death of TWO people.
7. Earl Coleman - Last year was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated rape of an 8 year old girl. Despite facing a mandatory life sentence, Trudy let him out on a $10,000 bail before sentencing so he can stay with his "sick" mother, who just so happens to live down the street from his 8 year old victim

So is he in jail and will he have to serve time here for probation violation?
Posted on 3/13/18 at 9:41 pm to rmc
I believe in doing one’s civic duty and serving on a jury if called. But if someone where to be put in Trudy’s jury pool could they get in trouble for saying they don’t feel that the judge is competent and feel it would be immoral to participate in a trial in her court room?

D.A's office is asking Jackson to revoke his probation. Dont think she has ruled on that motion yet

What a shithead. Blood on her hands.

I assume she'll do everything in her power to keep him out of jail

Strong possibility for contempt. Lack of respect for the Court. I guess it depends on the setting and judge.

Might be another lecture in Mr. Youngblood's immediate future

I'm sure he'll learn his lesson this time
