Funny how facial recognition is most commonly used in jurisdictions associated with BLM and defund the police. Further proof that leftists have zero interest in true criminal justice reform. When you worship the state, you worship its agents.

Doubt it. There are cases where people are on death row, released, sometimes after years and years, and don't get anything. Why would this guy get something if they did not? (BTW - If it were up to me BOTH would get it, I'm just pointing out what happens to many "exonerees").
