Jordy Culotta Out at 104.5. What happened?

Half of 104.5 ESPN’s morning show has left the building. Jordy Culotta took to Facebook on Thursday to announce that he is done as Guaranty Media.
Culotta joined the company in 2010. He started as an assistant producer on the old Tiger Zone pre and postgame show. Eleven years later, he was selling ads in addition to hosting the station’s morning show.
Off the Bench, the show that Culotta co-hosted alongside T-Bob Hebert, was simulcast across Louisiana with affiliates in New Orleans and Alexandria. No word yet on what the future may hold for the show.

I have learned today that my working relationship at Guaranty Media & 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge has ended. I wanted to say thank you to Flynn Foster Gordy Rush and the entire team for giving me an opportunity nearly 10 years ago. So many relationships, memories, and good times have been created. I want to thank Charles Hanagriff, Matt Moscona, Brian Haldane, Derek Ponamsky, T Bob Hebert, James Harrleson, Rivers Hughey, Matt Musso, Nathan Valezquez, Danny Cardenas and so many others for there hard work alongside one another on air. I will miss waking up every morning with Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Alexandria sports fans but look forward what is next. I’m grateful to everyone who has listened, supported, and helped along the way. I will always recall my time at Guaranty with a smile and will forever cherish the relationships. New chapter starts now. .

I met Jordy a handful of times, he's a good dude and a strong advocate for LSU. I'm hoping he can land a better gig

i am hearing he wore a trump maga hat and it didn't appeal to his sponsors in north baton rouge. broome got upset, called gordy and that was that. similar to what happened with the reporter at wafb.
so broome axed the radio guy, the female tv reporter and is now looking for print person at the advocate to can. she called it the "tri-fecta."

Derek Ponamsky got him a staff job. Culotta will be the assistant manager of the binder and lead crayon keeper.
in all seriousness, i thought he was good with t-bob and enjoyed the show. t-bob needs some help, he is bad alone, as i am sure most are.
