Burke killed her. I thought people knew this.

I guess he will finally admit to it now on camera.

I was very young when this case popped up. But after listening to Generation Why podcast. I do find it puzzling that her brother would have "new information" about this case. I can't wait for him to release a book around the time of her death and/or birthday

He wouldn't possibly admit killing her.

But I think he did it. And the parents covered it up, and some police assisted in that regard.

I'll bet her clit has a urethra in it.

I'll also bet that I do not want to be in the same County/Parish with her if she's naked.

Then why does the link that was posted say otherwise?

Although in my gut I still say someone in the family did it.

Dr Phil is nothing more than a shameless self promoter. Nothing new will come out of this.
The mother did it, she's dead, so no one will ever get brought to justice...at least not here on earth.

It was a different time. The public was probably less inclined to accept or even conceive of a little kid bashing his little sister over the head and killing her.

Nowadays, the media and online feeding frenzy would have made that a real possibility in people's minds.

It's no different than today. If the same situation happened today, the parents would be scrutinized way more than a 9 year old.
But even in 96, the public realized the possibility of the young child killing his little sister. The parents refused to let him ever speak in public, and they themselves did very little in public, other than the crafted 60 Minutes type interviews.
This is one case I read up a lot on, and there is just not enough, if any, evidence in the "intruder did it " camp. Just nothing. Everything used to kill, or made to look to kill, JonBenet came from inside the house. Even the ransom note was written and left in the house. What "foreign faction" A. writes in perfect English B. writes a ransom note with house stationery and C. doesn't take the child after writing an exhaustive handwritten note?
This case is laughable and is an embarrassment to Colorado police work, IMO.
Further it also helps prove how the police handle rich folks much differently than others.

I agree. Also how in the hell do you report your child missing before ever searching your own house for her first. He found the body 8 hrs after reporting her missing. WTF. Red flags everywhere for the investigation team. It truly is embarrassing.

He had a chick on a few weeks ago, title of the show was, 'I dumped Bleach in my eyes to fulfill my fantasy of becoming blind.'

Yes, I am serious. Evidently she never heard of a blindfold.

Dr. Phil may be the stupidest show on the planet.

That said, I do a pretty good imitation of his voice.

Kind of a country goober/Yankee-educated deal...

Geraldo has a better chance of find Al Capone's gold than of this being anything "new" or "shocking".
