Neither have I. It's from wiki. Yeah, some states have confusing laws like that. I'll edit so it's not absolute. The point is what makes you a pedophile in one state is totally fine in another.

Disagree. Acting on that attraction is sleazy and gross, for cultural reasons. Just being attracted is totally normal. Plenty of 16-year-olds who look 20+. You can't check ID's before you feel attraction.
