Scruffy can’t tell you how hard it was to get through life before finding this cube.
Hearing the sweet, sweet words of Joel with a cup of joe every morning really gets the engine going.
Are you sad when you wake up? You won’t be if you have a cube that inspires you!
And only $40!
That is only $.10 per inspiration!
You can’t find that anywhere else!
Joel Osteen.com
On a serious note, holy shite.
That commercial is glorious.
Would have made an amazing gag (in more ways than one) gift for Christmas.

There is big money in telling folks what they want to hear. When are we going to start treating churches like the businesses that they are?
It would if the money wasn't going to Joel. I'd give 5 bucks to buy it elsewhere.
Gosh dangit he is in my ads now.

If you go to a church and don’t know your own minister, then spoiler alert, you don’t go to a church. If you have to go through bodyguards and credit check to shake your minister’s hands, then you don’t go to a church. This fricking con artist is unbelievable to me.

Oh, it’s ridiculous. Just wanted to get my thoughts about Joel Osteen and these other mega churches.

For people like Osteen yeah I agree, but 99.99% of churches (or other religious institutions, not necessarily Christian ones) aren’t like that. And why the desire to treat them like businesses, just to get more tax dollars or is there some other reason?

Where can I get one?
Edt: Is Joel even human anymore?

I’m bad at math.
What’s $2000 divided by 40?

It’s way lower than 99.99%. I’ll be generous and say it’s 80%. Lots of religious con artists out there.

Well, what he does has nothing to do with the bible. And his church is not biblical. He's a snake oil salesman posing as a pastor. I agree, he should be treated as you suggest. But real, legitimate, biblical churches should not.

that's a lizard right there...

Even so why the desire to treat them like businesses?

I'm the taxation is theft type and believe that taxes should be less but I see no reason that religions should get exemptions.

I can clean my Joel Osteen cube with my Robert Tilton prayer cloth.
