I like this thread but isn't it kind of silly to say that these craft have such advanced technology to manipulate matter and travel seamlessly from space/air/water but are able to be "pinned against" the north Atlantic coast for over a week?

The Army and a UFO Group Are Investigating...Something What's going on here?

By Kyle Mizokami Oct 17, 2019

quote:

The U.S. Army has joined To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a UFO research group, to investigate UFO technology. To The Stars is the same group that released the UFO videos that the Navy confirmed were real. We have questions. Lots of 'em.

The U.S. Army and a prominent UFO research group are teaming up to investigate mysterious technology, but won’t come out and say where the tech comes from.

quote:

To The Stars, which released the infamous Navy-confirmed UFO videos, made the announcement today on its website, saying it has entered into a “Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command to advance TTSA’s materiel and technology innovations in order to develop enhanced capabilities for Army ground vehicles.”

quote:

TTSA describes its contribution to the agreement as “technology solutions” that include “material science, space-time metric engineering, quantum physics, beamed energy propulsion, and active camouflage.”

quote:

The Army will provide “laboratories, expertise, support, and resources to help characterize the technologies and its applications.” “Our partnership with TTSA serves as an exciting, non-traditional source for novel materials and transformational technologies to enhance our military ground system capabilities,” said Dr. Joseph Cannon of Army Futures Command in the press release. “At the Army's Ground Vehicle Systems Center, we look forward to this partnership and the potential technical innovations forthcoming.”

quote:

Where did TTSA’s impressive list of technology come from? The implicit answer is: UFOs, also known as Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).

UFO/UAP traditionally means anything we spot in the sky that's unusual. But here's the thing: Swamp gas and Venus sightings don't leave behind technology that's so advanced, it needs to be "characterized" by the federal government. Whatever this technology is, and even To The Stars apparently isn't quite sure, it comes from what we commonly call flying saucers.

quote:

Could To The Stars technology list benefit the Army? Theoretically, yes. “Material science” could lead to tougher, lighter materials able to better resist enemy fire. “Beamed energy propulsion,” which sounds like the use of microwaves or lasers to transfer energy, could enable drones to fly longer. “Active camouflage” sounds like a mimetic camouflage system such as that used by squid or even the Predator.

The NY Times Tic Tac article was released 12/2017. Pic above was 10/2017.
Is this a roll out of technology???

Speaking of Rogan and this God stuff. There are people that think God talking to Moses was him on a dmt trip. Specific mention of burning bush. And basically the use of plants (drugs) throughout the Bible.

Supposedly the Acaia plant...

Moses saw God 'because he was stoned - again'

quote:

The Bible tells us that when the Children of Israel left Egypt, they had a 40-year trip through the desert before reaching the Promised Land. Now a leading Israeli academic has a new theory about exactly what kind of trip it was.

In the philosophy journal Time and Mind, Benny Shanon states that key events of the Old Testament are actually records of visions by ancient Israelites high on hallucinogens. Shanon is a professor at Jerusalem's Hebrew University, where he used to head the psychology department.

The psychedelic substance is a drink called Ayahuasca. It is extracted from plants that grow in the Holy Land and in the Sinai peninsula and is still used today by Amazonians in Brazil for their religious rituals. Shanon came up with his theory when reading the Bible. The events described reminded him of the visions he had after trying this drink 15 years ago. So, when Moses first encountered God, he was high. "Encountering the divine is one of the most powerful experiences associated with high-level Ayahuasca inebriation," claims Shanon.

At the Burning Bush, covered in flames but mysteriously not consumed, there was no miracle, just a drug-induced "radical alteration in the state of consciousness of the beholder - that is, Moses". The account of the Children of Israel hearing God while camped at Mount Sinai is about a mass drug-taking event - giving a whole new explanation for the reported "cloud of smoke" that settled on the mountain. And when Moses climbed Sinai and received the Ten Commandments and the Bible, he was tripping.

Hardly an incident in the Bible is spared Shanon's drug-focused reading. Acacia trees, used by Noah to build the ark, were revered because some varieties contain the psychedelic substance dimethyltryptamine (DMT). In Shanon's opinion, the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden offered something far more tempting than an apple.

Folks on DMT commune with entities regularly...
Rogan has spoken about his experiences before

Civilization/ humanity is getting ready to change forever (abruptly, for better or worse)

The US Army is on record of acknowledging the phenomena and now building white world tech...

Official docs in the links below...

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/us-army-signs-contract-to-study-ufo-material-and-make-better-weapons

quote:

US Army signs contract to study UFO material and make better weapons
by Tom Rogan | October 18, 2019 02:36 PM

quote:

The U.S. Army has signed a contract to study and exploit materials from unidentified flying objects. It intends to use what it learns in order to develop new weapons platforms.

No, I'm not joking.

The facts are provided in a newly agreed cooperative research and development contract between the U.S. Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command (specifically, the Ground Vehicle Systems Center) and the UFO technology exploitation group To The Stars Academy. Established by Blink-182 founder Tom DeLonge, To The Stars Academy involves former U.S. government, military, and advanced aerospace engineers in the research and capability exploitation of unidentified aerial phenomena, or UFOs.

quote:

But what is this metamaterial?

I can confirm that at least some of the source material was retrieved from crash remnants or materials sourced from UFOs. Analysis of these UFOs suggests they are enabled with space-time, cloaking, transmedium travel, and gravity manipulation capabilities. That's not crazy conspiracy talk. In a key credibility submission, the contract adds that "the Office of the Secretary of Defense can share historical reports of findings and origin of materiel solutions in the possession of [To The Stars Academy]."

Translation: historical reports of material exploitation from crashed UFOs. We're not in Kansas anymore, folks.

quote:

The government's rationale for the contract is simple. "If the government can verify materiel solutions claims by [To The Stars Academy]," it says, "then significant advancements can be made in the capabilities of Army ground vehicle platforms in terms of security, force protection and weight reduction." Read between the lines here: How do you reduce weight? Gravity manipulation.

Some asked about Art Bell earlier...

https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/30498/the-army-wants-to-verify-to-the-stars-academys-fantastic-ufo-mystery-material-claims

quote:

The Army Wants To Verify To The Stars Academy's Fantastic UFO Mystery Material Claims

An official agreement makes it clear the Army wants to explore the possibility that To The Stars Academy may actually have something game-changing.

BY JOSEPH TREVITHICK AND BRETT TINGLEYOCTOBER 18, 2019

quote:

The late Art Bell, long-time host of the paranormal radio program Coast to Coast AM, had originally acquired these from a purported anonymous source. Bell had said the individual claimed that their grandfather had been in an unspecified branch of the U.S. military and that items were related to the Roswell UFO crash conspiracy theory.

quote:

The objects had eventually come to Tom DeLonge, who then sold them to TTSA, by way of Linda Moulton Howe, an investigative journalist who is also a prominent member of the UFO community. Howe gave an in-depth presentation, a video of which is available below, on these specific objects in 2004 at the X-Conference, a gathering devoted to fringe topics, such as UFOs.

She claimed that these metal samples displayed antigravitational or levitational properties when exposed to certain frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. Howe also discusses how she presented the materials to a number of labs and corporations, including the Army's Redstone Arsenal, and they could not reproduce them or identify their origins.

Tom DeLonge made similar claims about the materials in an interview with Joe Rogan in 2018. Harold "Hal" Puthoff, Ph.D, who is TTSA's Vice President Science & Technology, has also made similar allusions in the past.

quote:

In TTSA's July 2019 press release, TTSA's Chief Operating Officer Steve Justice and head of its nascent Aerospace Division, who had previously been a senior member of Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works advanced design division, said the following regarding the Art Bell samples:

"The structure and composition of these materials are not from any known existing military or commercial application. They've been collected from sources with varying levels of chain-of-custody documentation, so we are focusing on verifiable facts and working to develop independent scientific proof of the materials' properties and attributes. In some cases, the manufacturing technology required to fabricate the material is only now becoming available, but the material has been in documented possession since the mid-1990's. We currently have multiple material samples being analyzed by contracted laboratories and have plans to extend the scope of this study.

If the claims associated with these assets can be validated and substantiated, then we can initiate work to transition them from being a technology to commercial and military capabilities. As noted in our October 2017 TTSA kickoff webcast, technologies that would allow us to engineer the spacetime metric would bring capabilities that would fundamentally alter civilization, with revolutionary changes to transportation, communication, and computation."

:

quote:

If the Government can verify materiel solutions claims by the Collaborator, then significant advancements can be made in the capabilities of Army ground vehicle platforms in terms of security, force protection and weight reduction," it adds. This aligns well with the work of the Ground Vehicle Survivability and Protection (GVSP) directorate. For instance, there is specific mention in the CRADA of the potential applications for the metamaterials with regards to "Active Camouflage and Directed Photon Projection," which have the theoretical potential to lead to cloaking devices that could help conceal vehicles, as well as other military systems.

However, the CRADA also says that "the Government is interested in a variety of the Collaborator's technologies, such as, but not limited to inertial mass reduction, mechanical/structural metamaterials, electromagnetic metamaterial wave guides, quantum physics, quantum communications, and beamed energy propulsion." There are topics that border on science fiction. Many researchers have questioned whether existing experiments in these fields are at all practical outside of a laboratory setting.

Like I said, there are some seriously dense people on this board . You obviously didn't watch the video . When a squadron commander of an aircraft carrier is telling you about seeing an object that is obviously far beyond any technology that he knows of , while it doesn't mean it's alien , it surely means you need to be freak the frick out because somebody's got something way beyond anything we do.

And not only did he see it, it's on video, you can see it yourself

The Witnesses

What, exactly, did the Navy encounter 15 years ago off the Southern California coast, when fighter pilots spotted a UFO? These men were there, too?—and it's time they tell their side of the story. image

By Tim McMillan Nov 12, 2019

quote:

Shortly after securing the data bricks, Hughes said he was visited by his commanding officer and two unknown individuals. “They were not on the ship earlier, and I didn’t see them come on. I’m not sure how they got there,” said Hughes of the two men. According to Hughes, his commanding officer told him to turn over the recently secured harddrives. “We put them in the bags, he took them, then he and the two anonymous officers left,” Hughes said.

Inside the Princeton, Voorhis had a similar encounter. “These two guys show up on a helicopter, which wasn’t uncommon, but shortly after they arrived, maybe 20 minutes, I was told by my chain of command to turn over all the data recordings for the AEGIS system,” says Voorhis.

quote:

In addition to turning over his data tapes, Voorhis says he was told by this chain of command he needed to reload the recorders for the ship’s advanced Combat Engagement Center (CEC) because it had also been wiped clean, along with the optical drives with all the radio communications. “They even told me to erase everything that’s in the shop—even the blank tapes.” Voorhis says the only other time he can recall having to turn over his tapes like this was after an aircraft crash during one of his combat deployments.

Up on the Princeton’s flight deck, Weigel says the two men initially arrived on the Princeton via helicopter, wearing generic flight suits. According to Weigelt, the men boarded one of his detachment’s SH-60B helicopters and flew off for a time before returning with “a bunch of bags.” Weigelt says the two men retired to the “Admiral’s Quarters”on the Princeton and a guard was staged outside of the door.

The interesting thing is that Commander Fravor claims above did not happen (article goes into this )

quote:

THE DEFENDERS

While investigating these claims, Popular Mechanics was able to locate and speak to a previously unknown witness who was with the Nimitz carrier group in 2004. Unaware of some of their fellow shipmates previously coming forward, and out of concerns related to security oaths, the witness agreed to speak only under the condition of anonymity. “I do remember the events of 2004 very well,” says the witness, who at the time was an Operations Specialist aboard the USS Princeton. “The decision was made to scramble two fighter jets to investigate.

From what the pilots described, the movement of the UFO was defying the laws of physics.”

Popular Mechanics didn’t provide the witness with any of the previous claims.

“What really made this incident alarming was when a Blackhawk helicopter landed on our ship and took all our information from the top secret rooms,” the witness says. “We were all pretty shocked and it was an unspoken rule not to talk about it because we had secret clearances and didn’t want to jeopardize our careers.” Regarding whether or not there was originally a longer recording than the infamous UFO intercept, Aiello says that’s “entirely possible.”

Different write up from a DIA official:

https://dpo.tothestarsacademy.com/blog/potential-sources-of-information-regarding-unidentified-aerial-phenomenon

quote:

Potential Sources of Information Regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon
November 12, 2019

quote:

Regrettably, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Program (AATIP) was unable to obtain the cooperation required to access the systems and databases identified below due to bureaucratic intransigence. Therefore, to the best of my knowledge, these systems and databases represent potentially critical, unexamined sources of official information regarding the UAP phenomenon. Among other things, these vast repositories of data could yield crucial information on UAPs including: speed, acceleration, maneuverability, size, atmospheric effects, shape and possibly even their bases of origin.

Again, we have speculated that these things are based underground, underwater and possibly on our moon...

quote:

Aegis We know from the Nimitz incident that the Navy’s Aegis radar systems are capable of tracking low radar cross-section UAPs that operate at extreme altitudes and velocities. Clearly, the power and precision of the Aegis system, now widely deployed in the fleet, makes it a potentially valuable source of information. For example, a review of the data from Aegis-equipped ships deployed off the East Coast during periods of frequent contact with UAPs could add important pieces to the analytical puzzle that needs to be assembled. Deploying Aegis-equipped ships to "hot spots" off the East could prove highly valuable.

However, some former USS Princeton crew members have openly stated that the Aegis radar data collected during the incidents in November 2004 was soon removed from the ship by individuals who arrived aboard the Princeton by helicopter shortly after the "Tic Tac" encounters occurred. That critical radar data still appears to be missing. Moreover, the deck logs of the USS Princeton for November 2004 are also strangely and inexplicably missing from the National Archives, raising the extraordinary possibility that some secretive USG component is working to conceal UAP incidents and information. The DoD and/or Intelligence oversight committees on Capitol Hill should seek an explanation for these strange occurrences, something easy for them to do. If there is an effort to suppress or conceal UAP data, then we have a situation in which, at a minimum, two USG entities are working at cross-purposes. Whether this is really occurring, and if so on whose authority, are issues that will need to be promptly resolved if DoD is to make serious progress in understanding the UAP phenomenon.

quote:

Conclusion

Aggressive tactical collection to obtain better optical, MASINT and other intelligence is necessary, but older data that can provide a time-series perspective may help answer vital questions such as: Are different kinds or types of vehicles associated with different locations, time-frames or types of targets? If so, are we possibly dealing with multiple, potentially even competing actors? Is there a pattern that suggests an ongoing effort to monitor the US strategic triad or nuclear command and control? Is there a pattern that suggests an effort to monitor US weapons development and deployment? Is there a correlation between advances in US technology and the presence of UAPs?
