I call him The Whistler. Used to spend a good bit of time on the road and listened to his show on NPR occasionally, whistles quite a bit when speaking.

I brought my young son to Louie’s about a month ago and it was pretty dead in there. It was just me and my son and Jim Engster was sitting about 3 tables over having a debate with Frenchie about classic rock.
