Totally OT, but his house there was built to withstand the worst of storms. The weakest rating was the windows, at 225 mph rating. He gathered all of his servants in his house as Hurricane Irma grew in strength. Their homes were not as strong as his and he wanted them safe. When Irma started blowing his house apart, they rode it out in the wine cellar.
The house got effed up, but they all lived. He said he will never ride out another one.

I listened to most of the Joe Rogan podcast she did. It was pretty good. Considering what she went through as a kid and how her mom screwed her over after she got famous, she sounded really grounded and just pleasant to be around. She seemed really easy to have a conversation with and had some good insights on the evolution of music from the 80s to the 90s.
