Jefferson Parish Institutes Mask Mandate in all Parish Buildings (Including Rec Dept Gyms)

Just wanted to let all the JP folks know that Cynthia Lee Sheng has required masks inside Parish Building as of 12/29. This includes requiring them inside JPRD facilities to watch your kids play basketball.
A couple of weeks ago, Lee Sheng mentioned that she was considering a Avegno-Style position for JP. Imo Jefferson Parish folks should be concerned with what she is doing.

Was in a packed gym last night and saw about 3 masks. People aren’t listening to that BS. Harry is rolling over in his grave right now.

I received an email stating they would be requiring starting with tonight’s games so maybe today is the effective date.
I guess a lot will depend on whether the JPRD folks enforce. I know there are some that love that power.

JPSO has zero time for enforcing this nonsense. That's just the pure reality. Why is Cynthia Lee Sheng attempting to weaken the overall safety and security of her parish?

Well it's coming back for the entire state. Governor shite for brains is bringing it back. My kids started school again today and are a little ahead of a lot of the other schools and they sent out a message yesterday that said "as to follow the Governors Mandate" so they've been notified.

This will be playground specific. I would assume many parish employees will not enforce this; however, there will be a few that will live having the power to tell people what to do.
