Let's not forget that in the last 3 days nola has made headlines for having a murder rate higher than Chicago, and for spending a small fraction of what it should be spending on road maintenance. The truly sad part in all of this is I can't find a single resident who gave two shits about the statues before our divisive mayor opened his mouth.
We currently have white hipsters who are from out of state trying to speak on the behalf of local black residents and white (some supremacists) from out of state trying to oppose them. None of the local residents interests are being considered.
