May be temp checks upon entry (don't help in my opinion -- no fever can still be carrier but whatever)
Need contact tracing

People will be angry if you don't open up as quickly as other states (moderator).
JBE -- no cookie cutter approach. We don't like it.
#3 per capita in the country (is that still accurate??? IDK)

A couple of weeks for hospitals to have orderly transition to "look different". Orleans maybe will wait until May 16 where as other spots in Louisiana may be able to do things May 1 (opening depending on area?? Yeah if true)

Question 1:If some was getting unemp. before this do you get the $600? "I'm not sure I can give a concrete answer" He thinks so -- there are limitations -- (he's saying you gotta call and be patient)

#2 -- why can't old Charity be reopened? Bottom line -- too expensive. And we only have so much staff.

#3 -- How are landlords going to make it if tenants cant pay rent and landlords can't evict.
JBE: obligation to pay continues -- can't evict -- those who can pay should -- assistance that is forthcoming -- funds are coming -- hope landlords are taking advantage of SBA PPP
(btw JBE got stimulus check he thinks "something" got deposited is what his wife told him)

Lol. Meaning we can open up hospitals and staff them if the fed pays for it.

#4 -- ? about Orleans & Jefferson higher rates -- first test was 13 days after mardi gras. "someone" brought the virus in and it seeded throughout the community
MG is not a setting for good hygiene -- people leave at MG and come home and contract it there adn bring it home
Theories only at this point
No one suggested that MG be cancelled .. Superbowl wasn't cancelled -- Kobe's funeral wasn't cancelled

A magical fairy could pay for it but about the time they'd be finished fixing up Charity it'd be way too late.

Lowes is selling garden plants with tons of people there -- why can't we go to Church?
JBE - looking for ways to reduce the restrictions on sizes. Typical worship service is very/most conducive to the spread.
No option to exempt houses of worship. I'm Christian and go to mass but we needed to do what was necessary.
Restaurants/office buildings/other venues will see changes.

Churches will have to be accountable to ensure social distancing and proper hygiene. We had the fast rate in coVID cases in the world. Actions commensurate with the challenges. We're looking at ways to reengage the economy. Not now. Not next week. FOCUS TODAY SQUARELY to abide by the state order.
(Oh please.)

You continue to tell us to social distance -- you allow Toni ??? to do his thing.
JBE: he's unfortunately chosen not to be the leader I hoped he would be .. there are likely others. You need health focused leaders. He didn't choose that path.

We're not going to enforce our way out of this. (!!)
He supported the EBR DA summons on the pastor.
I appeal to him to stop and then to his parishoners to stop going .. they have obligations.
I have the authority to take the actions I did ... they're legal, appropriate and necessary.

Why is the state conducting checks of abortion clinics?? (yes that's what he said)
No non-emergency procedures to preserve PPE. Control coVID 19.
Order was aimed at all health care providers (ortho clinic, surgical center, etc).
(I myself don't understand the question)
