Nobody is going to wear it anyway except for people who have been vaccinated and are scared of their shadow. The whole time the mandate was in force last time, 4 retail establishments asked me to put a mask on. Only one forced me to leave when I wouldn't wear it. Nothing will change for those who know the real risk or lack thereof.
