No. frick that. I’ve been well behaved and worn masks in stores and grocery stores and have curtailed eating at restaurants for the sake of others. If he starts trying to recommend this shut for the flu, frick that. frick him. frick everything. This isn’t Asia. This is the United States of America God damn it.

And he just dropped the idea of these measures working for the flu..

Not sure that he can mandate the mask bullshite just for the flu and have that one stick in court.

have NEVER been at risk of overrun hospitals in the 2 MONTHS since then.

Were we ever really at risk of having the hospitals over run? Serious question.

Well we did need 12,000 ventilators at one point according to JBE.

To answer your questions... No

You understand the task force has recommended we close our gyms and lower our restaurant capacity down to 25%, right?

Was that statewide or for parishes in the red category?

Staffing was apparently a real issue. Granted that could probably be solved by throwing more cash at staff to work it.

Yes. I’m a very well educated ADULT who can make my own decisions about whether or not I need to do something.

I also like seeing good, hard working people being able to open their businesses and provide for their families instead watching them lose everything for NOTHING, sorry.

Thank you, so even as of 8/31, the Whitehouse was still recommending the state of louisiana keep bars closed, and enhance restrictions of restaurants back to only 25%, and close gyms in 15 parishes

Yet, people in here still claim JBE is being more strict than the WH recommends

Not sure if fast food restaurant dining rooms are forced closed here or if that’s their choice
Burger Kings in Lafayette allow inside dining, KFC inside ordering only, and McDonald’s is drive thru only. Chuck E Cheese only lets in a measly 50 people. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Was not in the recommendation.

Yes, yes it was. As of 8/9, the white house was reccomending the state close gyms in 47 parishes

JBE stood tall for freedom and said no

As of last week, the whitehouse was still fighting to take away the business of gym owners in 15 parishes, and once again JBE stood tall for freedom

Latoya is slipping. No PC ahead of the Gov Roberto Smack Smack. I bet she she'll make one happen ahead of the next one.
