If you think about it the way they handle situations and have a propensity to make them more difficult than they need to be are very similar.

How did he make the Will Wade situation more difficult?

That was on Wade.

frick Alleva he didn’t do that. The assistant AD got Will Wade and Les Miles brought in Ed O and the Board of Supervisors were the reason Ed was hired as HC

JaVonte Smart did not need to be suspended. Neither did Wade actually Joe was just too much of a pussy to stand up for him.

In the fact that they are both terrible, pass the buck, weaklings that don't perform well in positions of leadership, they are twins.
Both complete dipshits that suck at their jobs.

Alleva did not give us O. Alleva fricked up the Les Miles firing/rehiring, the Jimbo Fisher snub, the Tom Hermann stiffing, the Jimbo Fisher revenge middle finger, then fell back on O as a last resort. In a total panic move. It has worked out, but he deserves ZERO credit. He bumbled that like he did Will Wade and the Duke Lacrosse situation. Glad he is gone before he did irrevocabe harm to LSU.

Only thing I will give him credit for - the appearance of the stadium from the outside, the gardening, the lighting, the paint, the windows, the pressure washing, the statue of Cannon and the Tiger - he was big on that. He did well with that and overseeing the stadium expansion. All superficial, facade type stuff, just like him. All sizzle, no steak.
