Maybe street justice needs to happen. This is fricked up.

Would be a shame if someone were to run him over accidentally while driving their car...

There are multiple tiers of justice, just depends on how much money one has to offer the right people. No money? Yea, grab some time in jail. Money is no issue? The one year in jail, half a year for each victim who are still dead iirc. Ain’t life grand.

I’ve seen pictures of this terd, and he doesn’t have money, much less buy-off-a-judge money. If I had to guess, he probably has a redneck uncle who thinks he’s locally important. Hopefully someone who actually is important has a few questions for these dipshits.

so much for all that "prison justice" some people were fantasizing about happening to him.

But the woman from Killian got 5 years for killing one person? What an absolute joke the LP is. Crooked as a barrel of snakes, apparently.

It just happened in July of 2024.

And he had two counts which the judge ruled were to be served consecutively. You would think the second sentence at best would just be starting.

quote:

District Attorney Scott Perrilloux said Jason Chiasson Jr., 35, was sentenced to a pair of five-year prison terms but that all but two years were suspended. The judge ordered the prison terms served consecutively. Prison terms for the injury-related charges will be served concurrently to the negligent homicide sentences, Perrilloux said.

Should be legal in cases like this. Where offenders are woefully under sentenced, it should be legal for others to hand down a more significant punishment.

Well I never heard of this nobody before a few days ago so I probably won’t notice when he’s released

The founding fathers would’ve hated people like you.

Plus, if you want mob rule over light sentences, why not go after the judge who handed down the sentence?
