Not disagreeing, but did he rape anyone, or was it just young kids through an escort service? I'm not up to date on the details of the case, but if it was consensual, this is the polar opposite of the approach taken with fameless teachers, for instance.
Either they're both sick, or neither or sick, but it can't be both ways. Again, if this was forcible rape it is a completely different animal.
