I think it was just this week here in Alabama where our Supreme Court refused to hear the case of a 70something year old prisoner who was trying to overturn his life without parole sentence for being caught with a little under 3 lbs of pot. Think he got hit with the third strike law.

Yes we know what the law says. Still, 14 or 15 is legal in most of Europe. If it's so heinous, how does Italy and Austria survive with a 14 yr old age of consent?
That's aside from the proatitution issue. No I'm not big on 14 yr olds being whored out.
