I just wish they would take the chicken off of the bone instead of putting an entire breast or thigh of chicken in there

They force everyone to cook the same "traditional" jambalaya. It's retarded and they all taste super similar. Do not go for the food.

I usually park behind Jambalaya Park/City Hall, but it’s a real crap shoot as to whether there will be any spots. Parking can sometimes be a real PITA.
