If they think only blacks should judge other blacks than they should start doing it when they run things. Whenever they have the numbers instead of pushing to have run it correctly, put away the thugs, have high standards, and have trust in other blacks doing this correctly they continue dumbing down standards and expectations to an even greater extent while still blaming their problems on the whites who fled the shite hole the blacks created all by themselves.

Judges have too much power. The inconsistency in sentencing is alarming. And has always been this way.
