I am still struggling with the basic thought processes associated with identity politics. For example, simultaneously railing against sexism while complaining the gaze of one gender is unacceptable.

First, frick the adults in kids’ lives these days. That kind of shite didn’t go on in previous generations. This is what happens when you tell kids “anything goes”

Second, that professor should’ve kicked her and her other friends that stripped down out of the classroom and given them failing grades. Stop allowing shite like this to go on in classrooms.

Third, this is supposed to be a place of higher learning, not the fricking crazy horse saloon in port Allen. Quit kowtowing to these fricking idiots and be a goddamn adult.

I would fail her on the following grounds: too stupid to know the difference between constructive criticism and oppression

Asians are smart to latch onto identity politics.

Get white people out of the way and they will dominate everything. Good thinking.

Or get out of their own way and they'll dominate everything anyway

Side note: Miss America 2018 graduated from Brown, and one of her professors mentored her and was there to see her win. Brown is reputed as the most SJW of the Ivies, and even there it's not completely one sided. LINK

In the class syllabus, students’ “dress” is one of the course requirements.

Why is it a problem for women to dress professionally in the workplace or another professional setting? Men are told to wear appropriate attire too and you don't see them bitching about it all the time.

If she wants to experience REAL oppression, she should go back to North Korea.

Give women positions of power, and they will turn against each other, even if they have the same beliefs. It’s a woman thing. Look to every nurse manager/nurse at any hospital. Same idea.

I wonder if some dude in the class in a “Ithaca is gorges” or “Ithaca is cold” green T-shirt dropped his drawers, would they feel the same way? Or would they collectively feel the “male oppression” at that point?
