Ivermectin is way more safe and effective than that scientific experiment you injected in your veins…other than that I have no opinion at all.

Maybe the ivermectin will help get rid of the parasitic step kids? Worth a shot.
maybe it’ll even work for biological children

The ole boys down at that farm supply store never ask for a prescription. Just go all the way back to the last row.

I’m not very interested in getting on something prescribed by my pcp just so he can get a huge payout from Blue Cross for hitting his numbers.

To rule out parasites as health issue for one. I don’t see how it can hurt me. Do you have a reason not to? 6’ lab rat has always been my thing.

How about getting tested for parasites before you randomly take a medicine?

You realize ivermectin is only effective against a few parasites right?

And the vast majority of “infections” are cured by cheap drugs. Your doctor and big pharma isnt making much money off of them

Do you get tested before taking pepto bismol?

Or do you go straight to the allopathic practitioner and get the latest and greatest gerd drug when otc could have been appropriate?

I don’t understand your issue or logic against starting gentle OTC before escalation?

Do you think you have parasites or is this a preventive measure you want to take?

I would like to rule out parasites and to judge how I feel afterwards.

But genuinely curious why the opposition against people making their own health decisions with benign over the counter medicines vs. running to a physician whose medical knowledge is a lifetime in the past, 7 years after residency ended.

Let's be honest, taking ivermectin (and drinking raw milk, and a whole host of other shite) has become the ignorant conservative virtue signal that they won't let libs tell them what to do.

It's just as stupid as "preventative masking," which is the ignorant lib version of this

The most dangerous effect of taking OTC ivermectin is overdosing. Animal grade ivermectin is concentrated and meant for large animals, for example. Ivermectin acts as a neurotoxin if a person overdoses.

There are a host of side effects, too. From liver damage to skin reactions and severe allergic reactions.

Don’t play around with your health. Only take medicines that are prescribed by your doctor.

I never heard of a human taking this crap before the antivax tripe kicked in. It was for worming animals.

Now they are saying that this has been a daily regimen for many years years? Is that more than 5 years? If they want to eat that mess have at it but don’t expect people who aren’t living down these rabbit holes to follow suit. Gullible people, it’s too bad…
