Just saw a weather headline for North Texas.

“You think it’s hot now, wait until next week.”

105 to 106 all week (that’s air temp not feels like)

Hey it’s Texas we’ve seen it before but it seems to be the norm now with zero breaks. Ugh.

Irrigation contractor truck nuts [on]

ETA: as I write this we’re getting power flickers.

In dry heat you feel like you're baking.

In humid heat you feel like you're melting.

I golfed in it a few days when it was 102+. Hardly sweat. Heading to the course now.

The worst summer I can remember was 1980. 100 degree heat is ok if its a day or so, but when its every day it gets to be a grind.

I feel your pain.
