2/4 reduces to 1/2. To come up with a percentage, you divide the numerator by the denominator. In this case it gives you .5. To get a percentage you multiply the decimal by 100.
This gives you 50%

I never said white discrimination doesn’t exist. Because there is discrimination for everything. Short people. Bad looking. Yankees in the south, vice versa.
The point is that claiming whites are the most discriminated is hilarious and has no factual basis to make that claim.
