feels weird with it ending this early in the night.

Agreed. Now I have the itch to go do something but obviously should stay home.

Night One ending before 9pm CST is a choice

It is very fitting that night one of mania was on par with a random Raw or Smackdown. 2 of the top spots went to a YouTuber and country music star.

Just a thought... Does Cody complete the turn by coming out and attacking Punk tomorrow night? (As I already predicted.)

That would make even less sense than this

Randy's career is as good as over.

This reminds me of Peej (I think) saying Roman's career was over after losing to Cody bc "there's no place for him in WWE".

2 years later Roman is main eventing Mania

The turn was squashed there. It ain’t happening. They can hint at it but what sense does it make for him to get involved tomorrow night?

That entire match and ending was just lazy writing and booking. From finish the story to “what the frick is the story?”

I will say that ending was odd.....but I won't say it was bad
It would've made a little more sense if, after Pat's count, Orton would've glared at him or told him something ... then the RKO.

Complete the heel turn? When did he start it? A ball kick and stealing Randy's ddt isn't turning heel.

Cody goes out for awhile and they remove the title from him. He comes back as a mad man after that punt. He hears voices.... He snaps.... He kills everyone in his path until he gets his title back... At... You guessed it... The main event at mania next year.

Make Cody just beat the absolute shite out of him, win and turn heel. That’s the only way I could’ve seen Cody winning.

But why would he do that? What's his motivation? Maybe if he kept his title but he didnt, he still has it

People were predicting it last year. They're being way too buddy-buddy for there not to be planting seeds for one to turn on the other. The end last night told them who their top babyface is.

This is Cody's time off excuse? Punting put him into concussion protocol are they say he has a skull fracture or cracked orbital so he can take a month or two away?

My only gripe is not having Cody complete the turn there. It was the perfect moment gone to waste.

Like I said earlier. Randy taking out Pat is what Randy does. That’s classic Orton. He “fricked up” the count so he gets an rko

Be careful

You could end up a mile from home, hammered, and with only a bicycle to travel on
