Its BBQ and BEER time

On my way to refill the gas and grab some beer and food. Wish me luck. Ill be fat and happy here in a bit.

Charcoal is really the only way to go. If you don’t have time to bbq with charcoal then don’t bbq.

Grilled on propane is still better than pan fried or baked. I do that if there's not much time, typically in the week. Weekends are always charcoal for the better taste.
