Yeah, he was shot by Marshall's, not the cops.
In St.Louis, Marshall's are their own department, not part of PD, so i assume Memphis is the same, Marshall's are part of court.

Reading his Facebook I feel dumber. Lot of them think he was shot while he was handcuffed. This will probably be the new he had his hands up bullshite they spouted in Ferguson.

I'm not sure how much play this will get.
We found out later that Ferguson,Baltimore,etc were fueled by outside agitators, who were paid to be shite heads, via Soros foundations. Once the money dried up, and he went on to Antifa and backing them, BLM didn't seem to care no more, especially the leaders who were getting paid.
Normally, Deray and his band of turds would be all over this. I noticed just a retweet, nothing more.

The Marshals probably saved that kid's life, in all honesty. Hopefully, he/she will now go live with grandma and have a fighting chance at not following his/her father's footsteps.
