Anyone have worse allergies this year? My allergies have killed me this spring. I love working in the yard, but I literally sneeze and am stopped up for days afterwards. Allegra, Claritin, etc. only help minimally.

My ENT told me to take 1 Xyzal at night daily, and spray my nose twice during the day.

She recommended this to me about 4 years ago. Since then, I no longer have allergy or sinus issues (as I follow her recommendation).

My allergies were always bad, until I started spraying Flonase up my nose every morning. Started doinn my g that around February and haven’t had the slightest bit of allergy flare up this spring.

I’m sure we will have a report shortly tying this to climate change.

Nevermind, they’ve already done it..

Do seasonal allergies seem to be getting worse? Blame climate change

Actually....there is something to it, man.

When the toxic nano-particulate chaff being sprayed in the skies eventually drops, it attaches itself to the pollen particulate. This "pollen" is "super-charged" -- and not obviously in a good way.

Saline spray (or neti pot if you choose) every time you come in after yard work. Zyrtec at night, Xyzal in the morning when I am feeling the effects; Zyrtec will sometimes make me drowsy.

Try Quercitin + C along with Bromelain, Serrapeptase and other protein-dissolving enzymes 3x per day, empty stomach.
