I feel that way after watching the news for a couple of hours. After a couple of hours not watching the news I change my mind.

quote:

This is part of the reason they want people to stay in. They don’t want people to unknowingly transfer the virus. “hey since I’m not struggling to breathe, I must not have the virus” and they’ll go about their daily life spreading it to others they come in contact with.

This, and I can't be the only person who works with complete idiots who will knowingly be sick with a fever/cough/flu/whatever and will still come to the office and touch everyone and everything and not understand the severity of what they're doing. I'm sure those same people would also go to the store or a restaurant or a theme park sick as hell without thinking twice about it, much less if it just felt like a mild cold. Some of these people can't be trusted with the health and safety of others on a good day.

Look at the numbers in the Midwest. They are living life normal. Kids are going to schools and restaurants are open. It’s really only about 15-20 states that are in bad condition and Louisiana happens to be one

This whole thing reminds me when Vinnie Gambini told the judge that he had to wear the ridiculous suit because the whole store had the flu, the whole store got the flu.

All that's been going on in my office, business as usual. We'll have a good case study in a few months

Agree - it’s like out of a novel. This morning in W Michigan I see the drive-up testing sites popped up over night. Makes this very real and very similar feeling to an impending storm.
