In fairness, it was an entire wheel that hit her. It is kinda funny there is a tire sitting right at her feet when she gets KTFO.

I believe that was someone in the mob throwing it at a cop and she caught a stray. Regardless, I laughed way too hard at her misfortune. I have never seen a head snap back like that in a non-cartoon video.

I'm finding it a little hard to laugh at that.....there's a legit shot that broke her neck and she's dead or paralyzed from the neck down.
