Bunch of au naturale macho men.
Bet these guys don't take ibuprofen when they have a headache. Only weak, insecure men refuse to suffer the pain. You don't NEED to take that Advil.
These guys definitely don't take cold medicine, it's the body's job to fight that off.
When they get cancer? You guessed it - no chemo. They'll just hold their breath until the cancer suffocates, just like the Romans did.
Why take something to combat what naturally happens to the body?! No reason, other than being insecure and having a mid life crisis. You soy boys and your completely unnecessary 750 test levels and your going to the gym and eating right. How insecure can you be?

I mean this is the same group that thinks lifting weights means you are vane and having a mid life crisis....taking protein and creatine is the same as getting plastic surgery and real men drink 4-6 beers every night and wakes up at 5am to put on the size 38 FR jeans and goes and welds all day. anything less is not a man.
they will also tell you every welder & plumber makes 100k and is way more in shape than those pussy gym bros.

Big difference between TRT and running a cycle that would make The Bulgarian weightlifting team of the 70’s envious

You'd certainly be the most qualified to judge that category.

ill say this....so many on here and in real life are fat and overweight and have zero desire to exercise and they are the same ones that consider it cheating if someone uses something they dont like. Its a mind set I dont understand
like who the frick is it cheating? when did just having energy to be a good dad and wanting hormones that put you in the high normal range for your age group become cheating?
and even if someone is cycling...who cares...We arent playing sports here. its just life. what someone else is doing has zero effect on anyone
its the same thing with GLP1 where everyone gets upset and makes fun of them for cheating...why? them taking it doesnt affect you. you could make the case about insurance cost but for most, the insurance cost will be offset for not being a fat frick
i dunno, kind of rambling because i dont understand the its cheating mindset of getting mad about what others are taking. It just comes across as jealous(not you, just talking in general)

Actually this is by far the most pathetic cope by the middle-aged TRT abusers.
We hear it time and time again "oh youre just jealous because Im "fit" and in shape".
No, TRT is not the route to be in shape for someone in middle age, at all.
Find every excuse under the sun to avoid the fact that

Its not cheating at all, its just stupid and short-sighted.
Even celebrities are dropping off the juice because it gives them heart problems.
Once your T is normal, why do you need it to be anything more....especially when high T is associated with heart disease/atherosclerosis?

Literally no one cares if anyone does T, just stop lying that it has anything to do with legitimate medical issues.

GLP-1 actually can have MAJOR health benefits for people who are over weight.
TRT is completely unnecessary and doesnt improve lifespan at all unless you fall under a specific subset of medical conditions.

they're just average people that will never know the discipline it takes to get that level of muscularity by training and eating the right way. they then want to put people down for being superior athletically
it's like the fat chick at the office or the fat family member that shames the skinny girl because she "needs to eat a hamburger"
mind your fricking business, cow. And the potbellied beer drinkers need to mind their business as well

Oh gee, I wonder why. Perhaps your numerous statements about midlife crises and vanity, and being “normal”. What you mean by all that is that guys your age should look like you who has admitted that he only exercises for health and longevity (read: you walk a mile two days a week and putz around in the gym two days a week without any real plan or focus).

well good to know I do fall under that subset.
and again you dont what you are talking about. if you want to actually get into the nitty gritty details when it comes to health we can....
but just a little hint...its not testosterone that is causing health problems even at higher than trt doses, its other compounds and we have known this for decades

because the rock did? most of hollywood juices on and off, who cares

post the studies....the actual studies that show cause....not associated with...but you cant because all the newest studies and meta analysis show opposite
here is one...read it and shut the frick up with your clueless arse. I was trying to be nice but you just keep ranting not knowing wtf you are talking about

6.4. The effects of endogenous and exogenous testosterone on the risk of heart failure
One prospective cohort study in the United States demonstrated an association between lower serum endogenous testosterone concentrations and increased incident risk of heart failure in men, but another prospective study in Europe found no such association [89, 90]. A very large study using a United Kingdom national database demonstrated no association between low baseline serum endogenous total and calculated free testosterone concentrations and incident risk of heart failure at follow-up (mean follow-up = 9 years) [58]. Curiously, that study found an association between lower sex hormone binding globulin and lower incident risk of heart failure [58]. A 2020 meta-analysis that included 7 randomized, placebo-controlled trials of men with heart failure demonstrated a small increase in average systolic blood pressure (~6 mm Hg), but no significant association with change in left ventricular dysfunction, functional outcomes such as exercise capacity, or clinical outcomes such as death or hospital admissions for heart failure [91]. These studies did not enroll patients with classic hypogonadism, and many of the participants had normal baseline serum testosterone concentrations. Three of the 7 studies used lower than typical replacement dosages of testosterone, and all of the studies were short in relatively short term (3–12 months).
Based on limited data, testosterone does not appear to have a major role in the pathogenesis, exacerbation or treatment of heart failure, but low serum testosterone concentrations might be a marker of poor prognosis in men with heart failure.
quote:
The current evidence precludes a firm conclusion about the role of testosterone in the pathophysiology and incidence of atrial fibrillation, but it seems unlikely that serum endogenous testosterone concentrations or testosterone replacement have a large effect on this common cardiac arrhythmia.
quote:
Overall, the current evidence is reassuring that testosterone replacement therapy at typical dosages for bona fide male hypogonadism is unlikely to greatly increase the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, VTE, heart failure or atrial fibrillation
but hey it causes heart failure right because some old BS from the 90s says so right?
quote:
Once your T is normal, why do you need it to be anything more....especially when high T is associated with heart disease/atherosclerosis?
what is normal? the range is for 20-80 year olds and if you are 35 and have the testosterone of an 80 year old....it is considered normal.
its not normal for that age group

again you are wrong.
and I have legit medical condition and take 140mg/week so im not TRT+ like so many. and sure there are plenty that jump on trt that prolly dont need it but again WHO THE frick CARES?!!!
you come off as a jealous frick and you literally are screaming about heart health when you have zero clue wtf you are talking about. All of the studies and meta analysis show different...but you saw a commercial from a law office wanting to sue so it must be true right?

Didn't read every post, but isn't there a reasonable balance to all this?
Can't you eat better, train, and get a boost in your testosterone in older age without the aim of getting huge and being accused of being on something?
