They know. It's tge price they want to pay. Just like taking the risk of destroying your body playing football behind high school. It's their choice, and I understand most don't have that same desire.
So long as they know what they're getting into, it's their choice as adults. It's also why universal Healthcare is bad: I shouldn't be forced by government to pay for their choices.

Because he’s wearing a loose flowing shirt? Are you serious right now?

Because I am sure they get plenty of quality women along the way. I am sure "The Rock" had a ton of them...worth it.

Oh really. Is that why Arnold is still doing his thing everyday in the gym?
Dorian? Jay cutler?
It isn’t inherently dangerous but you wouldn’t know that because you’ve never been 260 and lean

You seriously can't see the size difference?
Are you trolling or need glasses?
He's still big but its very obvious he has lost muscle and slimmed way down

He’s probably doing more cardio and eating less because he bulked up for The Smashing Machine which comes out in October
It’s nothing to a bodybuilder to lose 30-50 pounds and regain it in a few months

Exactly my point. Its all a cope. You want to be ripped...you're having a midlife crisis and need a boost because you miss your younger body. Please stop acting like youre taking some super important medicine. You're not...its incredibly sad to see the hoops some will jump through to convince themselves youre not just chasing some body image.
It's all midlife crisis body image and sex drive...don't threaten their narrative otherwise because these guys are so scared to lose their exogenous T fix that they will fight you to the death over why they "need" it. The body decreases sex hormones in both men and women over time for a reason..you can manipulate them back up, or even higher than normal, all you want, but it is definitely not what nature intended and there is a price.
There is a reason for that decrease with age whether you accept it or fight it....The exogenous hormone replacement business is making alot of MD's and NP's more money than you can even imagine. They will produce all the "its OK to do this" studies they need to to protect their cash cow. Pharma is pharma.

all natural..............
And celebrity noses change shape.
And cheeks deflate
And upper eyelids shrink in size
And boobs change size with the weather
And butts firm themselves and grow with perfect symmetry.
Right?

Good to see hes admitting defeat. Any guy thats muscular/ripped after maybe...40...is on "trt" (so many delusional idiots claiming they "need" trt when really they just want to juice up).
There is a difference in being on TRT and running 1,000mg+ per week of testosterone or derivatives

I can’t imagine how hard it would have to be to keep that up, especially at his age and even with chemistry supporting him.
Read something about the amount of cod he has to eat daily to get enough protein. Crazy

Might be the dumbest thing I've read today.
I'd even say more people need to be on HRT. Would cut down on anti-depressant use and divorce rates.

99% of dudes on trt dont need it but we've developed an entire language to.justify "legal" juicing
You are literally talking out of your arse
The average 30 year old male testosterone level today is like what the average was for 80 year old males 30 years ago.
I would argue more men need it than not need it
