He basically gave Israel 2 weeks to finish the job.
He's using the two weeks to get more US troops/ships etc in the region and remove some troops from volunerable bases.
The decision has been made.

Only 65% of the missiles launched by Iran in the last 24 hours were intercepted by the country’s iron dome system versus almost 90% the day before, a senior intelligence official in Israel told NBC News.
That's a useless statistic unless you know where the un-intercepted missiles hit.
Iron Dome doesn't aim to shoot down "harmless" projectiles.

What is China up to with these mystery flights?
Clearly it’s Chinese citizens looking to vacation to Tehran during summer break. Nothing to see here..

Also, there are more interceptors positioned around high urban areas and military areas. Some areas have less coverage/protection. Higher chance to get through in those areas.

The hole tenor of our possible involvement really does remind me of Obama and Syria in 2013.
Redlines were crossed, Assad had to go, he used chemical weapons against his people, Obama wanted authorization from Congress, and the entire nation collectively retched at the thought of another middle eastern war.
Iraq and Syria may end up in the same place with and without us.

Iranian drones hit our Al Assad airbase in Iraq yesterday.
Posted on 6/20/25 at 9:48 am to Spaceman Spiff
Did they actually hit the base? I’ve seen where proxies have been occasionally lobbing shite towards our base over the last week or so, but they all get shot down.

Where are you seeing this? I can’t find anything about a successful drone attack within the past 24 hours

The Guardian
I thought this was the Guardian poking fun. But no . . .
quote:
Benjamin Netanyahu has evoked the spirit of London during the blitz, and pointed to his own family’s sacrifice amid the blood, toil, tears and sweat of his nation: the second postponement of his son’s wedding.

“It really reminds me of the British people during the blitz. We are going through a blitz,” Netanyahu said, referring to the wartime Nazi bombing of Britain in which 43,000 civilians died. “There are people who were killed, families who grieved loved ones, I really appreciate that,” he went on. The Israeli authorities say 24 Israeli civilians have so far been killed. Washington-based human rights activists have estimated the Iranian civilian death toll to be 263. “Each of us bears a personal cost, and my family has not been exempt,” Netanyahu said at the Soroka hospital, which was struck on Thursday morning by an Iranian missile, causing light injuries. “This is the second time that my son Avner has cancelled a wedding due to missile threats. It is a personal cost for his fiancee as well, and I must say that my dear wife is a hero, and she bears a personal cost.”

Nicholas J. Fuentes has an interesting internet show on Rumble.
Dude has been cooking lately, even though I do not see eye to eye with him on some issues.

Haha yeah. His rhetoric does go too far sometimes, for sure, but he does express valid critiques about Isreal. In my opinion.

Two weeks from now will be July 4th the perfect day for the ultimate fireworks show.
Did anyone notice that the E-4B Doomsday Plane landed in DC a few days ago?

It flies pretty regularly. Can usually see it once a week.
Same with the U2. Which might kind of make sense what it was doing overseas 2-3 weeks ago.
