Like Sonmez, I bet DeLuca’s job told her to stop posting whatever she was posting on social and she didn’t so she got fired. Pretty much the same thing that happened to Jamele Hill.

or maybe, just hear me out here, just maybe someone who is so self absorbed and needy that they are taking these type of pictures and constantly posting on Instagram might not be the best employee and she got fired for just being a bad employee and is now making excuses to get some attention......like a person who posts constantly on instagram.

Yes, Sonmez created a major disruption at work by calling out and starting a fight with her colleagues. No one fired Sonmez because of her views--instead she was fired for bullying her colleagues and disrupting the workplace. It was not a free expression-based cancelling--rather, she got what she deserved.
