would you believe someone if they told you they were from the future???
To this point, there are some people who have claimed to be from the future over the years.

The last real theory that I read was that you'll need a Primer type device, so you can only travel back to when that device was created and turned on.

And yes, as others have said, time travel into the future is possible.
If a spaceship left the earth and traveled for 10 years at 99% the speed of light, when they returned the earth would be 70 years into the future. So their children would probably have died from old age and their grandchildren would be older than them (or dead from old age as well).
If you traveled 99.5% the speed of light for ten years, you'd come back 100 years into the future.

Reminds me of Dark on Netflix.

Just to see the future and where we have progressed. I pretty much got the jist of the early 21st century

Forward, not backward.
And forward is relative.
And forward is relative.

Is that math correct Or is this an analogy? I’d thought it’d be more drastic at that speed

Yes, the math is correct. Basically there's a vertical asymptote at the speed of light where time stands still.

At 0.999999 of the speed of light, almost two years pass in the Lattice for every ship's day. If we continue to accelerate to 0.99999999999999 c, for every day on board, nearly twenty thousand years pass for the observer at rest.
Some mind blowing stuff.

Sure. Get rich.
We know how Biff got rich with backward time travel.
Could you get rich going forward?

I'm sure someone has done the math on how much into the future the voyager spacecrafts have gone, but I couldn't find it with a search.
It's kinda screwing with my head though. It's been traveling for 35 years or whatever, but if you had been onboard the ship, it wouldn't be that long. I don't know.

Easy, I've already looked into it for myself.

Yeah...I cannot think of any possible way to use going forward as a way to gain a financial advantage of any kind.

Time doesnt exist according to Einstein's theory of relativity. That's why things like wormholes are possible.

You ever think that Hitler hated Jews because future Jews kept going back in time to kill him?
