I watched that show too. I think it's pretty conclusive evidence that they escaped.
I hope they find them, but don't arrest them.

I think it's them. I've always kind of hoped they made it. Anyone that swims the bay deserves what good comes to them.

They stole an electrical cord. Got on the raft, hooked the cord to the ferry. There was a boat with the childhood friend in the bay waiting on them. Basically, they were towed to their get away boat.

Alcatraz should have worked like this: if you can escape, swim across the bay, and live, you get to go free. If they catch you trying to escape, you get shot, no questions asked

That show was so scripted and over the top dramatic it was hard to watch. And those two brothers made me change the channel a couple of times
