I smoked pot inside of that bridge about 20 years ago. I think it's a rite of passage for bored suburban kids.

I expect Starbucks to close for a day of suicide awareness training and to offer free coffee to anyone who complains of suicidal thoughts.

Subtle way to encourage all the SJWs at Starbucks to commit suicide.

They have a suicide bridge off of Tampa. Doesnt mean the structure is bad...just means it's a premier place to die apparently.

My 21yo son just told me a few weeks back he and his sister used to go there with his lock picking kit and break in. Apparently they finally decided to put a lock on the entrance but he said it was easy to pick.

I think they could find something a little less sinister-looking to hang on the wall
You can look at it that way or you could look at it as a way to bring awareness to the types of mental health issues and hopelessness that drives people to commit suicide.
But my hunch is that it’s up there because it’s a cool looking bridge and a landmark.

Trish Merelo holds a photograph of her son, John Miller, who died by suicide at the Natchez Trace Bridge in January 2016. Merelo is a co-founder of the Natchez Trace Bridge Barrier Coalition, a group created by survivors of suicide loss.

I’m glad to see they’re doing something about this, but the bridge isn’t the problem.

Don't think it has a name. It's just the big Natchez Trace bridge near the North entrance in Nashville.
Of course it's not inappropriate. It's a beautiful bridge in a beautiful location. It's not the bridges fault that a few mentally deranged people chose to throw themselves off it.
Grow a sack.

If 38 people have jumped off that bridge in three years, then the city or county is stupid for not doing everything they can to limit pedestrian access to the edges.
That’s an average of a little over 1 a month? Give me a break. Put fencing along the edge and maintain it.
The OP is full of shite. The 38 is the total from the time the bridge opened in 1994.

GFY
i live a mile away from that bridge and at least once a month there is a lifeflight helicopter on the ground and police barricading 96 each direction.
not all of those end up with someone actually jumping so i guess you get to be right about the deaths anyway.

Of course I get to be right because I didn't flat out lie to everyone to push a narrative

Think I'm gonna purchase one of these for the manroom.
