Very irresponsible.
Sure he's 90+% likely to catch her, but if he drops her, it could seriously do permanent damage to her. Absolutely not worth the risk.

I envy him for having the strength to throw the child that high in the air, vertically. If I tried that, I'd be on a heating pad and hyrdrocodones for a month. Hmm maybe I'll try that this weekend.
