Is This Dude Who Dances To That Blanco Brown Song A Professional Dancer?

I am sure everyone has seen this video already, but does he dance like a professional dancer?
In my opinion he seems to have some dance experience, someone I am arguing about this with says he doesn't have to have some type of dance training to dance like this. Thoughts?

I know you’ve never been in a line dance, or any dance, but it doesn’t take a professional to dance, especially when the song gives you the instructions.

Some people cant dance for shite.
Its like if you see some people playing a sport and there is one person playing that is a little bit better than everyone else, you can tell he/she has been coached up more than the others.
It just seems like he dances as if he isn't just something who just has rhythm, but doesn't dance on a regular basis.
