It can't get much worse than being an adult who can't control his or her emotions and/or alcohol, who proceeds to harm another human.

No stories. I was just reading about an officer being shot and killed while responding to a domestic violence call and it made me think of how trashy you have to be to get to that level.

I had a girlfriend in college punch me in the face one time when she was drunk. She bloodied my lip actually. It pissed her off even more when I told her "you hit like a little bitch"

From my understanding, these are the worst calls for officers to respond to because the two people are fighting each other, but they can turn on an officer in an instant. I think most police departments have policy that officers never respond alone to domestic violence calls.

I was on a royal Caribbean cruise one time and the neighbors to our room got into an argument. Husband and wife. We had a balcony room and we were tucked in the corner outside eavesdropping. Sounded like the guy was accusing the wife of having an affair and the next thing you know, a chair was hucked in the ocean. Then a couple of pillows flew out the door and he eventually threw the tv overboard. It was pretty entertaining but the cruise cops were called and we didn’t see either of them anymore after that.
