Millard
Street man and women (both black) henceforth group A.
Stanka and a white woman.
Millard approaches group A and ask for drugs, they call stanka who shows up with white women. they all go to circle K. Stanka white woman and Millard then dip on group A.
The most likely reason is Group A was only the middle man between Millard with the money and Stanka with the drugs. Group A was hoping to be blessed with getting high for making the connection. Once Millard and stanka were hooked up group A is no longer bringing anything to the table and hardcore druggies like this don't like to share so they just ditched them.

Sorry but this isn't the way it works. This is the way it should work more people would try to get help for people ODing if it was. With Louisiana law if you provided the drugs you can be charged and convicted with 2nd degree murder (aka life without parole). There have been cases in the new in BR in the last 5-10 years where this happened. So you are totally rolling the dice with your life depending on whether they want to charge you or not.
I'm sure "Stanka" is a real piece of work, and we are probably all better off with him off the streets, but I totally understand what he did here.

They listed it as 508 E Washington but Washington was renamed to Lorri Burgess this year. Here's street view.

I was wondering why I had never heard of this street until I pulled up the Google Map. I had no idea it was renamed.

If you put yourself in Stankas shoes, he may have just been a middle man. It’s possible he just got the blue magic into inventory and this guy was asking for the best of the best. So Stanka hooked him up, not realizing it had fentanyl in it. Stanza himself didn’t OD, since his body was so used to this type of drug.

Not just the house and the area, which I'm sure it doesn't look like that where he lived, but he got into a strangers car twice with someone that looks like Derrick Perkins and the rest of his crackhead friends. He took out a $100 cash, he was wanting a hooker with that and the $20 he thought he could buy a bit of drugs. He bought more then he could afford though
