I take the kids to Moe’s to hear the workers say, “Welcome to Moe’s!”

I tell the kids, “That’s why you stay in school and go to college. So you don’t have to do that.” It’s working,

There was a restaurant I stopped going to for lunch during my workday. I just wanted to place my order and get back to my thoughts - figuring out work issues while I refueled for 30-45 minutes. But the lady taking my order had this high pitched kitty kat meowy voice and every single fricking time she asked “Working hard or hardly working?” and would wait for my answer. I prayed to the Lord that the bitch would get fired.

I stopped going for a few weeks and would gaze in through the glass to see if she was there. If she was still there, I would keep walking. I waited until there was a sample size of 4-5 random days spread over a 3 week period to feel good about my prayers finally being answered by Sweet Baby Jesus.

Never had a problem again, and thankfully rose to the top of my profession. Thank you Jesus!

Most all fast food places. Especially McDonald's. The one near me, none of them speak English.
