I could see how someone with a stick up their butt could consider it profanity. It is not in any way racist. Maybe they don't know the origin of the phrase? I recently found out that the phrase "balls to the wall" is an old flying term.

I wonder if someone on OP's FB page complained or if admin was just spying on everyone and looking for offensive posts? Very creepy if this was strictly the admin acting like Big Brother. FWIW, brown nosing is not offensive imo.

I had a 4th grade teacher call me her “little straw” aka a suck up. I remember being upset at that time. Looking back this was my first experience of being nice to a woman and being confused as to why they would chose to be a bitch about it.

A facebook admin or a group admin? Ask why they thought it was offensive because they may just not understand it's definition / origins. If they do...then that's pretty crazy PC to be offended by it. I mean, a guess the imagery of sticking one's nose in someone's arse so far that you get shite on it could be considered offensive...
