n dallas is insanely rich and there are tons of great things about the area.

east mobile bay is unique and nice but doesn't have 1/10 the wealth of n dallas.

now, 30a - dang. that place is insane. plus you get the beach. as much as i love dallas and have a strong emotional connection there, 30a gets my vote for goat because of the beach. we were there labor day 2017 and saw a lot in alys beach for $6.7. and you know that's not going to be someone's primary residence. so ~$8mil for a toy. that's private jet/nyc pied de terre money. the hilton family has/had an insane pad just down the street.

I don't care how many people said this already. Texas is not in the south.

This kind of arrogance is why I hate North Mexico.

I was trying but had to bike over to whole foods for a lunch meeting and then walk to the local street market for a toe nail trim and a beard dye.
