I was joking at first, but in reality it’s good policy to have some sort of situational awareness if you are in an exposed situation at night anywhere. I’ve had bums roll up on me while pumping gas and didn’t even realize they were there.

It is a pretty bad area. My mom was in the nursing home behind the costco and she didn't make it out alive.
