We use to make it all the time where I'm from. That would be Huntington, West "By God" Virginia.

My wife was going on about this crap today. She's from WNC. It must be a mountain thing. Haven't had it yet. How does it compare to Blue Bell?

Yes, I know the story. I heard the first incident live on air. Some are skeptical based on his behavior since quitting. The day he quit, he called in to the show and essentially took over hosting duties, amongst other things. Honestly, I hope he's done for good. He's in danger of tarnishing his legacy at this point.

She probably heard about it from someone from the western part North Carolina.
Western North Carolina, Western Virginia, Eastern Tennessee, West Virginia and Central PA is Hillbilly Turf. Snow Cream definitely sounds like a hillbilly thing.
